About Us

Placing an Order

By placing an order on our website you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • The information you have provided is accurate and complete
  • You have the authority to use the payment method provided

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Pricing

All prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change without notice but will be confirmed at the time of your order. We are not obliged to honour pricing errors.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are subject to our digital approval process. Once you have approved your design preview and we have confirmed acceptance of your order, a binding contract is formed between you and Pinatas.gr.

Custom orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has begun. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.

By sending us photos or images for a custom order, you confirm that you have the right to use those images and that using them will not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights.

Payment

We accept payment by the methods listed at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of ordering. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store card details.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed, though we make every effort to meet them. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances outside our control. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.

Intellectual Property

All content on www.pinatasgr.com — including photographs, text, logos and designs — is the property of Pinatas.gr and may not be used, copied or reproduced without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pinatas.gr's liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental losses.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under EU and Greek law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Greek courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
