Returns & Refunds Policy

At Pinatas.gr we take pride in every piñata we make. If something isn't right with your order, we will make it right. Here is everything you need to know.
Ready-to-Ship Products
If you are not satisfied with your ready-to-ship piñata, you may return it within 30 days of delivery provided it is:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In its original packaging
- Not damaged by the customer
To start a return, email us at pinatas.gr@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Custom piñatas cannot be returned or refunded once production has begun. This is because every custom piñata is made specifically for you and cannot be resold.
This is why we have a digital approval process — we send you a preview of your custom piñata before we begin making it. Nothing goes into production until you have approved the design. Once you have approved the design and production has started, we cannot accept cancellations or returns.
If you have any concerns about your custom order before approving the preview, please raise them with us and we will revise the design until you are satisfied.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your piñata arrives damaged in transit or is different from what you ordered, we will replace it or refund you in full — no questions asked.
To report a damaged or incorrect item:
- Email us at pinatas.gr@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your order number and a photo of the damage or issue
- We will arrange a replacement or refund immediately
We take full responsibility for items damaged during shipping.
Cancellations
Ready-to-ship orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, before they are dispatched. Email us immediately at pinatas.gr@gmail.com.
Custom orders can be cancelled before you approve the digital preview. Once you have approved the design and production has begun, cancellations cannot be accepted.
EU Consumer Rights
As a customer in the European Union you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. This right does not apply to custom-made or personalised products.
